While our calendar year is coming to an end, our business is truly on a continuum.  When you hold onto it is "ending", you create a mindset of starting over.  Starting over creates stress that you are starting from zero when the truth is, you could be starting with momentum. 

If we never "stop" and end what we are doing, we continue to build momentum and forward motion.
